1. Flatten the sealed end of your Sleepover tube.
2. Slide the end of the tube into the slot of the Squeeze Key.
3. Slowly roll the key toward the cap as you use your Sleepover.
4. Unroll slightly before dispensing if needed to avoid squeezing out more than you want.
