Oils in the Bedroom

Posted by Jenna Rammell on

I know you’re thinking that it’s January 75th, BUT the month is almost over which means… VALENTINE’S! Yes! I love the month of love and celebrating my partner. We aren’t super fancy with gifts, but usually we have a nice dinner and then participate in some PG-13 activities. (I cannot believe I wrote that, BYE!)

Two of my favorite things to incorporate into our sassy life are:

  1. Hydrating Mist
  2. Roll on Romance Blend

Hydrating Mist

One of my very favorite products everrrrr is this hydrating mist! It keeps my skin so soft and hydrated. It’s like a drink of water! My advice is to take a long shower, shave your legs + arms and when you get out, lightly dry your body and then spray this ALL over. It smells amazing + will keep everything touchably soft.

This might be TMI, but… this mist tastes good. The oil base for this blend is Sunflower, Avocado, and Passion Fruit. You can use your imagination about where to apply the mist, but nothing is off limits.

Roller Blend

This rollerball blend is designed for couples massages and getting everyone “in the mood.” I hope those quotes speak for themselves! I like to fill my diffuser with some Clary Sage so everyone is relaxed and get this blend rolled on your partner, get massaging and just see where the night takes you!

Roll on Romance (10ml Rollerball)

  • 10 drops Passion
  • 4 drops Black Spruce
  • 4 drops Black Pepper
  • 3 drops Cedarwood
  • Top off with Fractionated Coconut Oil

Passion— The key players in Passion are Ginger, Cinnamon and Cardamon. These oils work together to create a warm, rich and spicy aroma. This gets blood flowing + sparks higher vibes.

Black Spruce— Spruce helps soothe and relax the skin + muscles. Creating a tingling sensation + reducing stress.

Black Pepper— If you really want to spice things up, Black Pepper should be your go to. A little goes a long way and will make any massage spicy + exciting. This oil will get the blood flowing in the best ways.

Cedarwood— This rich, honey smell has a grounding aroma. Helping your partner be present and keeping your focus on one another.

Just writing these things out has me excited for Valentine’s Day! I have a few other tricks up my sleeve that I can’t bring myself to write out because HI, my mom reads this– so if you’d like to know about another way to use oils in the bedroom… message me!

If you’re looking to get these powerful plants + kick up the sensual vibes this Valentine’s Day– get everything right here!

Make sure to use a carrier oil + apply a test patch before you spread the oils. Avoid contact with your eyes.
